Coldstores, Chillers & Freezers
We have significant experience in the design and construction of Cool-stores and Freezers for all industries imageable, from small stand-alone options to significantly large options with truck unloading facilities.
Coldstore Construction have the expertise to ensure the freezer floors are fully sealed to industry standards, we can provide under floor heating to eliminate frost heave, we fabricate heated door sills and heated door frames to ensure a vapour barrier is achieved eliminating icing.
We can provide advice and expertise throughout the building process and back-up our workmanship with guaranteed support.
Supermarkets, Bottle Stores, Convenience Stores – Chiller Pass Throughs
Coldstore Construction regularly fabricate freezers and chillers for supermarkets, bottle shops, service stations, walk in chillers or pass through where drinks and goods can be accessed. Pass throughs can be fabricated to the customers desired sizes, multiple doors, heated door frames, and fabrication of shelving to suit.
Insulated Panel Roofing
Insulated roofing and wall panel is becoming a very popular option, compared to standard roof and wall claddings, it offers a fully insulated choice, complete with an internal finish, and no need for traditional netting, or roof underlays. Coldstore Construction have skilled and experienced roofing staff, capable of laying the largest of commercial buildings, including internal or external gutters, flashings, and downpipes.
Coldstore Construction manufacture our own quality flashings, up to 6.5m, colours to match, folded and installed to industry standards.
Service & Maintenance
We’re committed to providing long term support and service to all our customers. If something needs fixing or you need a replacement part, we’ll be there to help you out.
Coldstore Construction has a team of experienced service personnel at your disposal, for all manner of repairs and maintenance work. We can provide monthly or quarterly service checks and reports to ensure your building is in good shape.
Portable Rooms & Modular Buildings
Portable buildings made to any length, width or size. Our portable rooms and modular buildings can be used for holiday homes, site offices, admin rooms, smoko rooms, store rooms, toilets / ablutions, process and clean rooms. Built with partition walls, doors, windows, vinyl floor, electrics and plumbing as required.
Ideal to be transported with a complete internal and external finish. Minimal construction labour costs. Eco-friendly, warm, efficient and low maintenance portable rooms and modular buildings and offices .
Portable Chillers & Freezers
Coldstore Construction manufactures portable chiller and freezer rooms, with or without refrigeration. These rooms range in size and can be made to order for restaurants, bars, general food storage, and manufacture, to farm produce and home kill.
All our portable chillers and freezers come with a quality and support guarantee.
